đź“„ END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and AFUZZ APPS ("we", "us", "our") regarding the use of our mobile application.

By downloading, installing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

1. LICENSE GRANT

AFUZZ APPS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Download, install, and use the application on devices that you own or control.

  • Use the application strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

This license does not constitute a sale of the application or any of its contents.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You agree NOT to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the application.

  • Sell, sublicense, rent, or commercialize the application.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.

  • Use the application for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

  • Use bots, scripts, VPNs, or automated systems to manipulate the app or its services.

3. ACCOUNTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Some features may require:

  • Account creation

  • Paid subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or yearly)

Terms:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

  • We do not provide refunds outside the policies of these platforms.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the application, including:

  • Software and code

  • Design and interface

  • Logos and branding

  • Content

are owned by AFUZZ APPS.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

5. USER CONTENT

If the application allows you to upload content:

  • You retain ownership of your content.

  • You grant us a limited license to use, display, and process your content for app functionality.

You are responsible for ensuring your content:

  • Does not infringe third-party rights

  • Is not illegal, harmful, or misleading

6. PRIVACY

Your use of the application is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

7. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You violate this EULA

  • You misuse the application

Upon termination, you must stop using the application immediately.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE".

We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will be error-free

  • The service will be uninterrupted

  • The app will be fully secure

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AFUZZ APPS shall not be liable for:

  • Data loss

  • Loss of profits

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from the use or inability to use the application.

10. LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the application.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to update this EULA at any time.

We may notify you through:

  • App updates

  • Publication of a new version

Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where AFUZZ APPS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
